My 13 yr old nephew wasnt feeling well at all. his dad took him to Fast Pace on Sunday 8/22/21 and was told that he ouldnt be seen and they were already full! They then said to come back Monday morning. Drove all the way to Maysville, and he was denied service again! Shouldn't be called urgent care, cause they are denying everyone!

They denied my little boy care because he had chest pain I was forced to take him to the ER where they found a very simple condition that the urgent care could have easily found. Instead I had to pay a huge hospital co pay If they can't see sick patients then why run an urgent care ?

I went to FastPace yesterday with symptoms of UTI and was denied care because I didn’t have my insurance card with me , even after offering to call my employer and have them fax the info. I was told “ I can’t see you without an insurance card” I had no choice but to go to a nearby ER and was diagnosed with a serious UTI. I understand the need for payment for services . I’m employed and insured though , actually a healthcare worker . I don’t understand the issue I had .

Drove all the way to maysville because it said they were open 1-5. When I got there at 3 they told me they wasn’t accepting any more patients today. Should change the hours on their page then...

Waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. Then after I get in there they tell me they can’t do joint injections and I specifically told them that when I got there. Absolute joke.

The Dr gave my grandson the wrong medicine and treatment. It allowed him to go from a virus into Pneumonia because of her Negligence. I plan on telling everyone I know NOT to go there she sure screwed up my Grandson. This all according to his family Dr. It seemed to me that bunch over there is nothing but money hungry.
