Since it was built, I have needed to visit about 5 times. 4/5 times, the experience was terrible. One of my first visits was about an asthma flare-up. The nurse practitioner stated, and I quote, “I don’t know what you expect me to do.” In another visit, I had the most helpful male APRN. He gave me the best and ONLY good experience I’ve ever had here. I needed work forms filled out and he put the incorrect return to work date. Was the only patient and still had to wait. Sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy.
