The receptionist along with other staff members could be overheard laughing and chatting while several people waited to be either checked in or seen. My wait time was extremely long over an hour, totally unacceptable.

Very long wait. Appointment was for 11:54 but did not get called back until 1:20. Doctor visit itself was fine.

My appointment was at 4:00. I arrived at 3:40. No one was in waiting room and I had already preregistration. Front desk personnel asked why I was there, I told her my symptoms and she had me take a seat. She was very impersonal. I sat for at least 20 minutes and was called back to exam room. As I entered my room several nurses/MAs sat at desks in open area eating chicken/ribs or whatever in takeout containers. Not a good look. I was not impressed. They seemed like they were rushing and didn’t check for all my symptoms I had to go to the emergency room because what they prescribed me wasn’t the right medicine for my needs
Spent $45 on co-payment to buy otc meds that are not helping me at all. Being on otc meds over 2 weeks and still not better. I needed a sinus cocktail shot and you conveniently don’t give them. WTH!!!
Waited over 2 hrs. I just wished the “in line portion” was updated correctly. What the point of an appointment if you still have to wait over 45mins
Wait time entirely too long when you register online versus walking in. What good is it when I was number 26 and it took 2 hours to see me
This visit was a complete waste of 3 hours
