The staff was so helpful and caring. I was the last patient they were going to see. It was a great experience.

Crystal at front desk in Memphis at Kirby Quince was polite, efficient, kind. So was nurse Patricia and NP Dixon. My 86 year old mother was seen quickly. Clean place. Opened Sept 22.

Terrible experience. There for 3 hours and still didn’t see a provider. The place was very unprofessional and I will never return. I hope no one ever experiences what I did there and hope there is improvement.

This was a terrible experience. It started off fine, and the fact that there were only two people in the waiting room, made no sense that the treatment was so awful. The assistant physician needs to really check herself. She was not concerned at all about patient needs. She was more concerned about timing. If she did not make her six minutes, then it was a problem. The fact that she even told me that we only had six minutes, is disgusting. That is for the team to know. And sometimes, we go over. The receptionist along with other staff members could be overheard laughing and chatting while several people waited to be either checked in or seen. My wait time was extremely long over an hour, totally unacceptable.

Very long wait. Appointment was for 11:54 but did not get called back until 1:20. Doctor visit itself was fine.
