Fast, friendly, NP was very thorough. She sent me on my way to a speedy recovery. However the dear woman working at the back counter near the examination rooms was in no way a professional. She talked LOUDLY about a patient who was in the waiting room. She complained about why said patient was there and sighed and complained some more. Other than her excellent visit. Staff was all friendly except for receptionist at front and the dear woman at the back counter. The receptionist at the front acted like she hated her job.

The check in process was OK and I like filling out forms digitally. However, I didn’t like having to “scan” my own ID and insurance card with my phone. If I would have known I could do all of that before coming, then yes that is great (and I will keep that in mind next time), but having to do it in the office was cumbersome.

Service was great. Made an appt but still waited almost 2 hrs to be seen. Only reason I did not give 5 stars. I work in healthcare and I know how busy it is. But that seemed a little excessive with having made an appt ahead of time.
