I’ve always have good experience with the staff and the doctor it’s a pleasure to come in and get seen
The check in process was OK and I like filling out forms digitally. However, I didn’t like having to “scan” my own ID and insurance card with my phone. If I would have known I could do all of that before coming, then yes that is great (and I will keep that in mind next time), but having to do it in the office was cumbersome.

Great service. Listened to my issues and addressed them politely. Very clean.
Service was great. Made an appt but still waited almost 2 hrs to be seen. Only reason I did not give 5 stars. I work in healthcare and I know how busy it is. But that seemed a little excessive with having made an appt ahead of time.
I got right in and out in an hour The dr was very understanding
Waited for over 2 hours with an appointment and watched people without appointments get called quickly.
