I was left inside a room for 35 mins for an employee to come in and tell me the doctor had an emergency and left. Would’ve been nice to know when the doctor left and not 35 mins later. When I expressed my concern, another nurse came out saying “ma’am, emergencies happen, it’ll be fine”. There was no sympathy considering I took off work to do a follow up appt that fast pace requested. I didn’t request to come back. I work for a car dealership and customer service is what I do. The nurse with her comment will ensure I will nev... read more
I don’t feel listened to anymore. Feels like a very rushed atmosphere. My daughter had high blood pressure when nurse checked and this was not typical for my child. The practitioner didn’t even know that until I told her. She said it was fine here at office. I said no mam, the nurse took it twice and said keep an eye on it and said to discuss with practitioner. Daughter took meds for fever and pain at 1:30 and appt was at 3. Practitioner said medication should be out of her system by now. Last, this was at two previous vi... read more
The wait was about 3 hours when the lobby hardly had people in there I just feel like more staff is needed
Wait time was a little much. Was seen an hour and half after my appointment. I know things run late but the app that shows where you are in line appears way off. Care was good. It’s hard to get a human on the phone when you call. They try to do everything on line.
I thought the wait time on the drug test took to long especially when I was the only patient there but other than that it was great.
Appointment at 10:41. Was almost 12:30 before provider saw me. A three hour wait with a scheduled appointment is unacceptable.
Wait was too long not to be a specialist. Offered ibuprofen- not shot.
I was not please because the PCP didn’t meet my needs. Very disappointed. If the patient is not feeling well, at least the doctor could have given a med to make the patient feel better.? I came in because I had a sinus infection. I know she could have given me something. I could have saved my copay because what she described, I could get it over the counter. Zyrtec. Not PLEASED. If I come back, please put me with someone else. Another PCP.
My entire appointment was 2 hrs. That’s too long for only getting a strep and flu test.
