It was great! Staff was all friendly and helpful. Quick in and out.

Do not waste your time or money going to Fast Pace in Oakland... it is a racket. I had a sinus infection. Couldn't go to my regular clinic, so I came here because I know my body and I needed to get antibiotics that day... or I would be going downhill fast. Basically wound up paying a co-pay and taking a 1/2 day off of work for a flu/covid test. (This was the only useful thing that happened there that day.) Was prescribed a "combo" pill and nasal spray (my insurance covered neither one)... for a sinus INFECTION. Asked about g... read more

I had to wait back in a room for over a hour. This is ridiculous for urgent care. I have bronchitis every year and I know my own body and I should have had a X-ray of my lungs, but instead I was diagnosed with Covid. I still have bronchitis. I would never come back there. Also, there was a elderly man treated very rudely because he couldn’t use the computer and he had to leave.

Receptionist was very helpful. Nurse was very pleasant. The doctor was very resourceful.

The wait was very long even after having an appointment. It wasn’t packed , there was only 4 of us in the lobby. The staff was very nice and polite but when your are sick you want to be out of there as quick as possible.
The online app was ok minus it said there were no Telehealth appointments available to go to a Fast pace location in person. So I did and while waiting (an hour later) Fast Pace called saying it was time for my Telehealth appointment. 🤦♀️ I was already in their lobby and saw no point in switching things up. The clinic staff was nice and time wasn’t horrible (1.5 hours).
