This was the biggest waste of time!! Ended up taking daughter to ER for COVID and strep swabs.

RecommendedNormally it's a okay place to go to. however these last two day have been a nightmare. when the website says they can make appointments. however when you call the facility to schedule an appointment. You are told you can on reserve a walk-in time...then on top of that the rude lady who answers the phone is in a hurry to cut you off to end the call before you can ask any more questions... What is the point in being an urgent care facility if you are going to be waiting a long time just to be seen then told to go to emergency ... read more
I sent my daughter-in-law there for a dog bite, she had five deep puncture wounds, they were not touched, no cleaning or dressing, given a script for antibiotics. That was it. My daughter had to travel back to their home with her family which 100 miles away and went to emergency care there, her wound was cleaned and dressed, xrays were made, three scripts were written for several meds. All they are worried about is the $$$, owe them a bill , they will literally refuse treatment to even the most vulnerable during even an event as such as a national or state declared emergency . Will not see me or anyone that wants my opinion on them in the establishment again 😡

Staff thinks they know everything, and are hateful and rude
RecommendedI have been there a bout 4 times & they get you in & out quickly. Didn't have to wait long at all. Yesterday I was miserable & after trying to treat myself with OTC meds I had to go to fast pace. I have a sinus infection & they prescribed me with the proper meds to help me. I'm glad Princeton has a Urgent Care facility for people to be able to go when needed.
I have been here a couple times before and the staff was great, but yesterday the NP was so hateful and acted like my daughter was a waste of her time. The nurse stuck a flu tester up her nose so hard that her nose started bleeding everywhere. I am in Healthcare Administration and this behavior towards not only me but my sick daughter is not going to be tolerated by me nor my family. We will NEVER use this facility again. The first visit couple visits were fine but this last visit was a waste of 2 hours. The doctor diagnosed my son with a sinus infection. On the outside it might appear to be that but wth the flu bug going around I took my son to his regular Dr the next day and he swabbed him and found out he actually has the flu. Usually they are very good at the clinic but Thursday there was just something off. Very disappointed.
