I really hate to continue on with a poor review but unfortunately the unacceptable customer service continues. My son left a 1 star review on my behalf since he accompanied me on my first trip to Fast Pace on 12/31/16. Someone from Fast Pace replied to his negative review on 1/5/17 and my son gave them my home phone number and my cell phone number with the expectation that the regional director would contact me for a detailed first hand account of my experience that day.
