They took forever and when I did get back there to see a doctor she only spent like 2 mins in there with me hardly cared about what it was that was wrong with me she just wrote me a script and sent me on! I was not happy with the services I got here. They should spend more time helping patients get to the bottom of there illnesses

Wait time was very long. Need at least one more provider to get the patients seen quickly.
All of the people were personable and professional. Though, despite a virtually empty office, an X ray took two hours.

The provider was excellent, front desk was excellent as well. However the nurse or MA was terrible. Highly doubt I’ll be back. Very unprofessional.

Had appointment at 1:59, completed all registration prior to arrival. Arrived at 1:54, checked in and paid my deductible, had a seat and waited until 2:59 and went back to reception desk and asked how much longer it would be, since I had been waiting an hour already passed scheduled appointment. Seen by Chrystal Daugherty. Came in with intense pain in thumb. Doctor did not ask about pain. Doctor did not look at or touch my thumb. Doctor heard I have MCTD and stopped listening. I was administered an unnecessary steroid shot. I asked if it was possible my thumb could be fractured. I was told NO. Pushed for X-rays anyway. Thumb was fractured. No apology. Splint was put on incorrectly. Will never be coming back. Incompetence.

Provider Amanda ignored obvious signs of infection and sent me home with an allergy medicine I could buy at Walmart. Please get educated and thorough providers in your office. Now, I can’t get seen at a real, reputable office until tomorrow due to insurance. Waste of my time, money, and patience. I’ll never be back.
