took about an hour waiting to be called just for a drug test.
The nurse practitioner was very polite and helpful. It took some time to get checked in and I found the process to be somewhat confusing. The internet was down and so my information couldn’t be uploaded. This was a problem because you had to Register through an IPad (even though there was a staff person at the front desk). They weren’t entirely clear as to the charges that would be sent to my insurance. When I inquired the front desk staff did not seem to have any information.
Feel worse two days after my visit than I did the day off. Treatment that was prescribed how’s not worked. When I ask about needing something for sinus infections I was writing off and told that wouldn’t be needed.
The NP was really snippy with my 10 year old child. We were very uncomfortable.
Waited for two hours and left without being seen
very slow, first one there and last one to get called back, front desk lady was very rude to everyone, not a good experience
My daughter was complaining of an earache and had a couch so I took her into be seen. The overall experience was great but the nurse practitioner look at her ears and that’s it and didn’t even look at her throat or anything else and says I think she has a big ball of wax in her ear but I’ll give you antibiotics just in case. And that might be true but I’m pretty sure the ears nose and throat are all pretty much together so shouldn’t have her throat been looked at. I’m not physician just a concerned parent.
0900 appointment wasn’t seen until 1030; ultimately unable to provide any relief for my issue, although I don’t believe that was actually your fault. I will likely need to see an ENT to get actual relief. It was the first time though that the procedure was unsuccessful.
Experience with doctors and staff was great. Wait time was terrible. I had registered online to try to avoid such a long wait and still waited for an hour past my time (2 hours in totally because I arrived early). In total I was at the clinic for almost 3 hours.
