We had a great visit with great care but unfortunately the prescription was written wrong so I could not get it filled for my son. I called several times to get this resolved and my pharmacy said they also reached out. When I called for the second time they said I would I have to come back and be seen again and pay another copay which seems very unethical for an error the urgent care made.
I went in because I have an allergy problem that my medication wasn't helping. sore throat, sneezing, headache, drainage. I needed a steroid. Asked me if I had a fever, and I said I don't know, just feel terrible. They didn't even take my temperature. Told me to take ibuprofen or Tylenol. I paid a 25 dollar copay for the nurse practitioner to tell me to keep taking my meds and if it wasn't better to come back. Nope. Won't be doing that, thanks.
