Ratty looking people. Obviously waitlisted individuals working there. Unqualified to administer a simple drug test. Won’t administer warranted pain meds for broken bones, not ever an addict. I asked for a MD referral and got an expired LCSW business card. HIPPA violations every time I’ve visited there. Every.single.time. Makes KY look as bad in reality as on paper.
Visit took way too long to get a throat swab and a diagnosis. Was there for 2 hours.
Had to wait over 2 hours to get a strep & flu test. I asked at checkin & they told me it should be approximately 30 minutes. The clinic seemed to be understaffed. Please be as accurate as you can be on wait times, so patients can make an informed decision on whether to stay or leave & come back.
I went to the UT with a fever of a 100. The doctor did not prescribe anything instead, said to treat it like I had the flu. Alternate Tylenol and Motrin. This did not help. When I call back to requesting meds, they tell me I have to come back in. It’s a federal law that they cannot prescribe antibiotics if you have not been seen that same day by the doctor. Never have I heard this . Will never use this company again!!!

The wait to be seen was extremely long. Nothing fast AT ALL!!
I’ve been there twice for fairly serious situations, and both times they let me down, and now I will be fired because of the drs incompetence or not knowing how to count. I will NOT be back, and I will give verbal bad reviews.
