Won’t use again
This is the second time that I have been to this office and have had horrible experiences, long waits, and rudeness. Definitely will not be coming back.
Receptionist was far from pleasant. Told her I was there for a urinalysis that my therapist had sent in. She looked at a tray of papers not touching a one Told me I could not take my urinalysis there after I spoke to someone days before stating that I could. I made a call, she made a call…I took the urinalysis and left. Never experienced that in that location before. The name on the tag was Michelle in the Somerset KY location
Was concerned about my blood pressure. Told they wouldn’t treat me unless it was over 180/
All staff were very kind and helpful and provider is very knowledgeable and kind as well. Overall great visit!
Christie Hall (I'm not sure how to spell her first name), the nurse practitioner that I saw, was rude, condescending, and did not treat me. My husband was with me and witnessed the entire event. Christi was upset that I suggested that I might have a sinus infection, which I am prone to have, and told me that if I wanted to diagnose myself and get a prescription I should become a doctor so I could write my own prescription. The website was kinda confusing to make an online appointment. The wait time to be seen is ridiculous. I made an appointment for 5:40 pm and from start to finish ( leaving the office) I wasn’t Done until 7:40. I couldn’t believe it took that long to get in & out of a quick clinic. Their office wasn’t too busy either, maybe 4-5 ish patients in total in the lobby. And the Doctor only spent 5 minutes or less checking me out. The nurse and doctor I saw were extremely friendly and did a wonderful job, but I got there when they opened and there were 4 patients in the waiting room. It still took me and hour and a half to get out of there. All I had was poison Ivy. One I finally got seen it took them 2 minutes to give me a shot and write a prescription. I spent an hour and 15 minutes waiting. Considering that they weren’t that busy, that’s ridiculous!!!
Had to wait 3 hours was told to be there 20 minutes before appointment. Plus had to wait 45 minutes just to get X-ray back.
