I've been trying to handle an insurance situation with them for over a year! The insurance was not run correctly and it was turned over to collections. My daughter has a primary and secondary. My son went to our local Fast Pace clinic for a Covid test on August 14,2020. He is under his dads insurance that pays 100% of all Covid testing. We received a bill for 667.00 and our part was 200.00. I have called numerous times on this matter and they seem to not want to resolve it. They also coded their billing as an outpatient ( which they are not associated with a hospital ) and not as urgent care.
