I went to Fast Pace Urgent Care in Dickson, TN on 1/6/2022 for a cold/ sinus drainage. I did not receive a Covid Test and the Nurse Practitioner did not even exam me, she stuck her head in and simple said Upper Respiratory Infection I received a shot and was gone within 15 minutes, it was snowing that particular day and they were all leaving early. I was the last patient to be seen. They billed Medicare 820.00 and when I questioned the bill about the amount I was told they had a contract with Medicare as an EMERGENCY ROOM VI... read more

Extremely rude front office staff. Made a appointment reservation online which required me to copy my insurance card drivers license and provide other information. When I got there they told me there was no appointment and that I'd have to wait for the 10 people in front of me. The way they dealt with the situation was incredibly unkind considering it is a medical place which people come to you when they are unwell. Someone needs to teach them kindness.

They really need a zero starts option! Every time I go to this establishment they find a different way to scam me out of money. The last time I went I was charged $75 instead of my $35 copay, because suddenly they didn't take my insurance anymore. Never have I had that issue anywhere else, we have a pretty common insurance. I swore that was the last time I went. But we're in a new town and I had a sick child, so desperate times I guess. I get to the location closest to me, and they claim my insurance is inactive, when all th... read more

I went to fast Pace urgent Care center today I called before I went and asked if they have someone that's good with ears when I get there they did look at my ear and said we can give you medicine but we really do not know what the problem is so why give someone medicine if you do not know what the problem is so she went and googled what it could be and then offered the same medicine again and said I do not know what the real problem is they need someone that knows what they're doing if you value your health do not go.

Fast Pace bills as an outpatient hospital, which they do not tell you. They have a sign in office stating they see ppl for things other than urgent. I was seen there, paid my office copay. My insurance paid for the visit. I had to return bc I wasn't better. They took my office copay then listened to my lungs n prescribed some different meds. I then got a bill for 250. Ins said it was billed as oupatient hospital. I contacted fast pace n they said they have a contract with ins to only bill as outpatient hospital facility n tha... read more

Secretary took private info in public and ordered tests prior to being seen by a provider. When I asked to see provider before ordering tests they took my co-pay and told me to leave after waiting an hour.

I was seen Thursday Jan. 20, 2022 for an illness.. Was given a work note for that day... I remained ill enough to not proceed to work the next day, due to the illness I was seen for the day prior. When I called to request a new note, to cover Thursday Jan. 20, 2022, and Friday Jan. 21, 2022, I was denied, and was told the only way I could get a new note for the same illness I was seen for the prior day, was to pay $75 for a new appointment.. That is extortion, and nothing less.

My brother got a covid test that was positive. They sent him home to quarantine with his 92 year old unvaxed mother. Just found out today and we moved my mother to my sister's house. Are these people really doctors? Who with any common sense would do that? This place is dangerous.
