This is the second time I used this place. I should have used my common sense and went with my gut the second time. They charged me my copay of $25 for urgent care through ****** **********. Then they withdrew $235 from my debit card for a COVID test.
I took my son to the Greenbrier TN office for a strep test. I uploaded photos of my insurance card on the iPad they provided me. Here we are 3 or 4 weeks later and they have charged my card $250. I called and the office did not upload my insurance cards on my account, they used my old insurance that I do not have anymore. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund because of a lazy employee that did not do her job. Thankfully I can wait on the funds but some people can’t and that might be all they have. I went in for a covid test at the Karnes location on August 4th. Paid my Co-pay and got a follow up email. It is now September 5th and they charged me $244 over a month later and for what, as well as their billing department is no longer taking calls. This place is a joke ad after reading over100 reviews in different locations they all seem to be the same thing. This company is billing customers without even informing the or need to be billed with is stealing in all truth. You are stealing money from people.

Fast Pace preys on uninsured patients. I went in for basic care at Algood, TN as a self-pay uninsured patient because Fast Pace advertises affordable and transparent care. $150 covers the visit and any in-house testing or x-rays. I spent over an hour waiting and less than 5 minutes with a medical professional who misdiagnosed a UTI and wrote a prescription I didn't need ($50). they bill as a facility which makes your insurance bill you a full ER copay not as an urgent care. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would. They are not willing to work with you on bills or anything else.

I Have "White Coat Syndrome",and My Blood pressure Always Goes up Anytime I Have to Go to Any Doctor's Office.But,Once Im Out,& Home My Blood pressure Goes Back to Normal.So,Im Not Going to be Put on,Nor Take Any Medication For The B.P. So I went to the Fast Care Clinic and I initially pleased until I received my update from **** ***** **** ******. My paper lists a DR (man) located in Kentucky. I saw a woman (nurse practitioner) I. Columbia, TN. I was charged $45 for my copayment. Only to find out my copay is $10. I went in for a sinus infection. I was given one singular shot.
