The one on Stratford road is so slow. This is stupid. Have been souring for over 2 hours just to get a drug test. Come on get your but in gear. People could die before they ever got seen. Lousy service
If communication can't improve, you may want to rethink your name. I've been here at your University Parkway location since 1:03pm for a 1:15pm appointment. How or why...I assure you I don't know. I've watched your staff go to and return from lunch, clients came and went... and still, here I am. Without any hesitation, I will say that the person collecting funds due will be INFINITELY more thorough. I work for a company that provides services for you, so this is a shock.
Take down ads for walk ins as well has let folks make an appointment in thee office; Stop thee lies!!!
So unprofessional, called to see about hours and was told you had to make an appointment. So appointment made, get there and they are taking walk ins. Arrived 15 min early was given a little piece of paper to till out your name and insurance. Then 2 other people walk in after me and get tablets to fill out medical history, I ask about it, and if I could go ahead and do my medical history and was told I'd have to wait because other people were urgent. We made the check in online for 1:15 Got there at 12:45 & got seen at 4:10 and walked out at 4:25. We were told the wait may be 40 mins.
SlowMed. Trust me you will be there a good while. There’s like 2 cars in the parking lot.
Been sitting in the waiting room with sick people for an hour and a half. No one is getting called back. I just need a drug test to start a job, but I'll probably leave sick. A drug test should take ten minutes.
They lost my first pre employment drug screen after I had to wait an hour to take it and a week later it was canceled (lost) now I’m back and was told could be an hour or two before I will be called back to take another one so highly don’t recommend this place if they loose mine again I will not be back I’m giving them this one last chance the one up note for them is their friendly staff of those I’ve met
I got here at 2:10pm to do a drug test and I still haven’t been seen and it’s 3:45pm. Just for a drug test!!!! This is so slow and awful
