Should change the name to Med because It Sure Ain't Fast. Sat in the lobby an Hour and a Half waiting to be seen for a D.O.T Phsyical. Once I was finally called back and the nice lady took my vital signs she said the P.A. or DR would be in shortly, she said she didn't know, he was finishing up with one person and there were 2 ahead of me. They are Slow. Also, I Don't Agree with Paying for Services Until They Are Recieved. Seem to be way Under Staffed. GET ENOUGH PEOPLE TO RUN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!
After waiting for almost 2 hours we were finally called back to the room. After my daughters vitals were checked we were told that Jennifer would be in very shortly. 30 minutes later she came in and she was very thorough.....but really the wait time is ridiculous. Staffing is the issue I was told....unfortunately I will not be back!
The wait was not long to be misdiagnosed. Well, I did have to wait for the receptionist to finish her cigarette. Anyway, the next day I had to pick up my X-rays so qualified person could read them but Fast med first gave me a boot for my fractured foot. When the orthopedic surgeon said it was fractured as well as sprained, he then pointed out I had the wrong boot. When I contacted Fast med, they 'promptly' informed me it could not be returned after I walked approximately 100, or I guess, 50 steps wearing the wrong boot. I be... read more
I think FastMed is a rip off. As I sat waiting to be called back, a woman ahead of me was complaining about keeping her credit card on file as a precaution.... or just in case her insurance doesn't pay for her visit. The doctor was quick to show up. She did absolutely nothing. She looked at my knee and referred me to my orthopedic surgeon. I only went there because I thought the orthopedic office was closed. Never again. I promise. Thanks for telling me what I already know.....duuuuhhhhh
The lady that seen me she did2 do anything for me just talk to me and let me go
If you need a DOT medical card NEVER GO TO FAST MED you will never work again !!!! They will work against you in every way and say it is for safety !!!! They work for the Government against you !!!!
I do not recommend using FastMed Urgent Care. Their website clearly states that you can come for lacerations, as that I did for a minor injury "total of four stitches". I was then turned down and also CHARGED for the visit which resulted in a very expensive emergency room bill. Also, when trying to contact the billing agency to discuss this problem, I was never given a straight answer and always sent to upper management of whom I never got to speak too.
FASTmed???? I don't think so... both times I've came they've only had 2 people actually working.... on top of that, they are rude. Don't recommend going here.
