I was feeling terrible. Sinus infection, loss of sleep. Staff is great.
Having to edit my review. The 1st time as seen below was amazing. 2nd time no so much. This time was a 1 star so overall 3 stars. Took and hour and 15 minutes for a nurse practioner to walk in. She spent maybe 3 minutes in the room and 15-20 writing a prescription as I continued to wait. Front staff and nurse talked amongst themselves about how terrible this location is and honestly...it showed. Last time I left with a Zpak...this time a Rx. I could have called ahead of time and said I needed a Zapk...been using them for e... read more
FastMed is aweful! If you want to waste your time and money, then this place is for you. I went with my husband here because he had melted metal that burned his eye, and They lady at the front desk was told this. Then we went to the back and the doctor told him I'm sorry we can't take care of this for you, we are referring you to the hospital. This is after we paid $140.00! She said that we couldnt get our money back because if it wouldve been anything else but the eye then they couldve helped and because they took his vital... read more
21/2 house and still were "next" poor front desk worker was getting flack from everyone. No one in rooms, lady with sprain was considered an emergency. Never go back
I would only recommend this place for a bandaid! If that! The staff was incompetent and the doctor even moreso. I was at work and started having a racing heart, numbness, tingling, blurred vision, and felt like I was going to pass out. The reason I went to fastmed and not the hospital was due to the fact I wanted immediate attention and to be at a medical center at that moment.
