speed up seeing patients and act like you care. I got there at 10:00 and it was 12:45 when I left with a child with a 103.4° fever. It was an hour and a half before they ever called her back and then when I went to pick up her medicine at the pharmacy they had forgotten to call it in. she said they didn't forget that they just had to recall it in but I don't believe that either
I will not be returning here ever. Waited over an hour before being told my insurance wasn’t going through and maybe I have the wrong number. I checked and had the correct number. Reception lady then comes in the room and says she needs Tricare number. Well google it. I had my text messages up and she looked at my phone and said oh you can send that card to me. This place is by far the worst place you could possibly go if you’re in need of any type of medical help. The staff is rude, the providers are sub par, and the wait time is over 2 hours when no one is even in the waiting room. Please do not waste time or money coming to this facility. The lady who you’re supposed to provide feedback to is the first face you see when entering the doors and she has no empathy and doesn’t care about anyone’s health. This place is AWFUL

My daughter had to wait 3 hours before being taken back. This is ridiculous and it is disrespectful of people's time. People should be told when they walk in they will have to wait hours before being called back. People should have the choice to go somewhere that will actually move patients. People work and do not want to spend the little bit of time they have in a day sitting in an incompetent institution. I took my grandchild there yesterday to have to sit and wait for over 3 hours before ever seeing the dr which he check my grandchild but I came out of there knowing nothing about what’s wrong with her. But was told if she’s not better in 3 days to bring her back there. Well that’s not going to happen if she’s not better in 3 days I will take her somewhere else and what I would like to know is how is she going to get better he never gave her any medicine for whatever is wrong. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My 8 year old needed an xray and we waited OVER AN HOUR to be called back and then told that their xray machine was broken and they couldn't do it. Oh and I could drive 10 miles to the one in Thruway and have the xray done there. AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR!
