They are very rude , didn’t answer any of my questions , all the concerns I had were met with a smart ass answer and they sent me home without proper care because they were about to close , and I was in really bad pain the whole time and it didn’t seem like they cared to help they were just focused on going home it seemed like

went to take my daughter this am to be told that if I dont have an appointment then she couldn't help me. she also told me that appointments are done in 15min increments...not sure how a doctor can properly care for, diagnose and treat a patient in the way that they deserve. So, I came to Frye urgent care and NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED! TAKE the NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED off the door if you're not gonna honor it!
They don't take you if you don't have an appointment despite what their door states of Walk-ins being welcome and no appointment necessary. My daughter is sick and needed to be seen quickly and they couldn't even guarantee me she'd be seen today even though we got there an hour after they opened.
The supposed appointment time is not accurate. My appointment was at 4:30PM. I checked in at 4:20ish to do paperwork and co payment. The front desk took my ID and insurance card. I went to sit down while she processed things. Called me back up at 4:45PM to get payment, which by the way I was over charged by $67! I will be following up on that to get my refund! This is the worst of urgent cares. I came in for a workers comp follow up & I have been sitting in the lobby for over two hours! What’s the point of having a appointment system if they aren’t going to follow by it anyways? Appointment was at 5:15 it’s almost 7 and I haven’t even been seen yet. This is ridiculous the first time I came in, I waited over an hour or two hours to get staples in my leg with a laceration that went down to the bone. If I could give this place a zero I would. Not only were they careless but negligent in my care. I went to urgent care complaining of chest paints and a consistent cough. I made an appointment and they saw me almost 30 minutes after my appointment scheduled. Once I was seen everything seem fine. They prescribed me medicine and they said they would send it out.
