These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. I've now set here for freaking 2 hours I'm going to be late for work!
Waited 2 hours to be seen for less than 5 minutes. Walked out the door without any paper work bc printer/computer didnt work. But person behind us walked put with paper. Only got meds bc i requested them.
Most unfriendly rude Dr. Visit I've ever experienced. Acted like I was wasting their time. Don't go there!!!
I made an appointment, online thru their website. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and have been waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. Why have a way to make appointments if they aren't followed?
