always takes forever....what's the point of making an appointment if you're still sitting there hours later waiting to be called back.

I have been here for 2 and 1/2 and still haven't been seen. had an appt for 4pm. This is unacceptable.

Never want to be there again they are charging you your copay and if you haven't met your deductible they will charge you that too so today was $90 I had appointment at 11:30 except there till 12:30 never got seen so we got our money back I'll never go there again I was suffering and I was in pain they don't care.

This review is my OPINION based on my experience with them on 7/24/2022 when I was seeking to have a prescription refilled for my daughter- I think they are a terrible organization. Won't answer phone reliably. There is even a Facebook complaint about this on their page from another party whom I have NO connection with whatsoever. When we finally got thru, we were TWICE put on hold for what seemed nearly a half hour, and then got "disconnected." The last time, the operator promised to call us back. Did they? NOPE. Upon my experience with this urgent care, I was billed twice on my debit card for the 25.00 charge. I called immediately and was told an email would be sent to the “billing department.” I never received a refund and had to have my bank dispute the charge. Then my insurance paid my entire bill, except a 20.00 copay, so they owe me 5.00 back. It’s impossible to speak to an actual human to discuss your account at all. I guess I won’t get that back either. Their customer service SUCKS!! Watch your account after you pay them!!

They sent me a text 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment on Friday telling me it was delayed for 45 minutes. And then they never contacted me to come in then. I had to call them! Very unorganized system Too slow to get back to you with test results. When I called them, I got the typical brush off! I won’t be returning to this facility any time soon!

They put someone in front of me were whispering she needed to wait longer. She apparently knew someone who worked there. They put her ahead of me. Nice check in lady! But don’t see how it’s okay when the lady wasn’t having emergency just didn’t want to wait!

I called this morning, gave an appointment for 12:20 they sent a message told me to wait outside and check in when I got here. I did that, they told me they were 20 minutes behind. 40 minutes later I called her she said I had 3 more people in front of me. An hour and a half later; it is now 2. I've been here, checked in, since 12:20. I just walked in there and ask her how much longer it was going to take and she told me I had five people in front of me. Its very very slow!!! Was there for 1.5 hours to get a drug test done. Only one person before me and he said he had been waiting 45 mins before I got there. After I complain about waiting an hour the lady finally came and got me when I went to the back she continuously throwing stuff down on the counter and smacking her lips and had an attitude. This isn’t the first time I have had service like this. I highly do Not recommend this location.
