The go to urgent care in Fayetteville. Do yourself a favor and make on appointment online, this will help speed up your visit.

This place is VERY slow and don’t put priority patients first like they should. A child with a fever, sore throat and throwing up is put last on the list when vaccine patients are put before them. Told someone that had trouble breathing two hour wait!! Horrible service and poor attitude. The receptionist don’t even ask what symptoms are! Came here in the past and was flu and strep tested by the nurse. When the doctor came in he said “good news the strep was negative, just something viral” I asked what about the flu test. Checked in at 12:15.... it is now 7:15. Still have not been seen. Dirty tissues on the floor. Haven’t seen them clean a single thing since arriving.

Called the establishment to seek care for I was concerned I had the flu and was told there was no way I could get an appointment. While im talking to Tricia explaining my concerns and why I prefer my pcp over urgent care she hung up on me. I went to the location to speak to the young lady and she immediately became very belligerent, while I was asking her about our conversation repeatedly saying “ ok what’s up” now I’m upset! FastMed Urgent Care, FastMed Urgent Care I have been trying to contact your office for almost 2 weeks and have left a few messages because someone at this establishment fraudulently used my FSA credit card without my permission or knowledge. The only reason I found out was because I got an alert on my phone from the financial institution. Since when do you not check ID's when someone uses a card. I also find it really ironic the the card just happened to be used at the last place I recall using my card.

Filled out paperwork set there1.5 hours then was asked was I waiting on someone said they didn't have paper

Why did I go to urgent care, FastMed, so that they could charge me $80 to do absolutely nothing by a physician's assistant but refer me to the hospital if my symptoms continued because they couldn't do much there, not even a prescription!!! That crap pissed me off!! Then you wonder why people die sick!!
