I just waited 1 hour and 40 minutes with my 3 year old daughter to get tested for the flu, only to be told they are currently out of flu test. Maybe posting a sign or informing customers of this would be beneficial instead of just wanting to bill people and not being able to provide best practice.
Ive been here 1 and a half hours already & haven’t seen the doctor yet!! There was only 1 person waiting when I arrived, this is ridiculous! Clearly you’re sick if you’re here, who wants to wait this long to be seen by the doctor!!
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. RecommendedI went in and there was one or two people ahead of me and still waited an hour other then that everything else went smooth. The lady that took my weight and blood pressure could have been a little more friendly as well.
