RecommendedJoel came out today to perform our system maintenance. He was super friendly and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the system. They have been maintaining my system for several years and always do a great job. With the continued maintenance my system has been performing very well. All the technicians that comes out to our house are always great. I am so glad we use Ferguson for all our heating and air needs. They are always on top of everything.
Our HVAC technician, Brandon, was able to diagnose and fix an issue 4 techs from other companies could not. On top of that his professionalism and demeanor was top notch. I would highly recommend Ferguson if you are experiencing an HVAC related issue!
First time user--office staff was great to explain their plan, the service technician Matt was great, he arrived on-time ( hallelujah!!--but I know in this business this is not always possible)he was courteous and knowledgable.
Mr. Ferguson is the owner of this business and within 5 minutes of talking to him you know he's all about the customer more than he is about the money. A local company that's family owned and run since 1946. you can't ask for better than that. they do the regular maintenance for my system and installed a device that helps clean the air of covid and odors! Give them a call today - you'll be happy that you did.
We had a system not heating. Ferguson came out and it end up being a setting in the thermostat. They only charged a service call. Awesome service and know what their doing.
Ferguson Heating and Air Conditioning did a fast fix on my A/C unit. Unit started blowing hot and the responded quickly and got me cool again at a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again when needed.

Susan worked us into the schedule on a rainy day. Then Brandon came out and had us back up and running in absolutely no time! It was a simple fix, and he had the part available on his truck. He explained the nature of the problem in detail and broke down the very reasonable pricing clearly. He articulated the benefits of Ferguson's annual maintenance program as well.
