As always, I got a return call, from the knowledgeable receptionist promptly. I got an appt sooner than expected. Tech was on time, accessed the issue, serviced it, checked the result. Very thorough, respectful. He let me know he'd been vaxxed & still offered the wear a mask. I like they want all the info about the issue on the phone. Thank you.
