RecommendedWe are in the process of installing an A/C unit in our basement and Rick was great at explaining the pros and cons of each type of system, where the best locations would be and why, and generally being a helpful SME. It was nice that he was guiding us through the process and not just trying to push a certain product. I learned more than I was expecting about the process because he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.
Brandon was really great. He answered all of my questions about the work he was doing on both systems, and he talked to me about the best ways to maintain them. He was honest, professional, very knowledgeable, and also easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Ferguson Heating and Air for their excellent service.

Abraham Anwar was here this morning, he was an amazing young man. He was so sweet and respectful. He was very careful and aware of his virus protection. He fixed our problem and I would certainly recommend Ferguson to anyone who needs HVAC repairs. I will ask for Abraham personally if I ever need repairs in the future. Ferguson should be proud and thankful to have such a great employee.
