A quick response on a Friday is greatly appreciated when one is without AC ... especially with the heat we have had. The technician was timely, called and introduced himself. Sending the email in advance with a picture of the technician is a brilliant idea. I prefer (at least to some degree) explanations of what has to be done. Technician Joel Leonard was very friendly and efficient. Explained everything in detail and Richard Glover came to give us an estimate on replacement of our unit ad he also was very friendly and professional. I selected Ferguson because it was a family owned business.
