From the time I walked in and Cynthia greeted me I knew this was going to be a good experience. Krystal setup all my appointments including preop Physical and had it all written out on a easy to use scheduling sheet. Unfortunately I can't remember everyone's name but they were all courteous, friendly and explained every procedure each step of the way. I had forgotten what it was like to see clearly and it's great.
I had LASIK about 13 yrs ago and was very happy then. I decided to come back since I needed an eye exam. I’m continthrilled I come here for all my eye needs. Everyone in the office and the Dr I saw was wonderful. Very professional. I got glasses for night driving and that was a great experience as well. I will continue to come for all my eye needs.
A patient of this office for at least ten years and recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and now have remarkable vision. I would absolutely recommend Dr Fichman to family and friends as both he and his staff and are the epitome of professionalism and this is the best place for the protection and longevity of your sight. Why would anyone go elsewhere when this is the best place to go for your eyesight protection
My appointment was at the Torrington office with Dr. Osborn. My eye had been extremely irritated for two days (over a weekend of course) and I was seen at the office within an hour of my call which I really appreciated. Dr. Osborn eased my fears, diagnosed the problem and treated it. I was also helped by three other members of the staff and everyone was very knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Fichman and his staff are great. I was treated so well and my surgery was perfect. I can see again!!!??

Came here for an eye exam and glasses. I saw Dr. Oslin who gave me a very thorough exam. She sat me down with the optician Harry who was very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. He made recommendations that suited my needs. Overall he was extremely friendly and made the whole experience fun!

I had cataract surgery and I was totally impressed by the entire process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The surgery nurse sat down with me and explained everything before surgery. Dr Fichman is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend this practice especially for cataract surgery in a minute! Dolores Lemelin
