I had a great experience from my first visit to my final visit. The folks in the Torrington office and the Manchester office treated my excellent in all aspects.
I am extremely satisfied with the excellent treatment I received from Dr.Fichman and his professional staff. Dr.Fichman is nationally renown for his knowledge and cataract surgical technique. He restored my vision and that of my wife, brother and sister, who were equally satisfied with the results of their surgeries and experience at Fichman eye center.
Good service, but would recommend better hours for the patients, for the eye glass center, often long wait times, closed during lunch, etc...
I had been going for my annual eye exams and was always pleased with the service and staff. I just had my cataract surgery with Dr. Fichman and everything went perfectly. From the nurses prepping me for surgery, Dr. Fichman’s expertise, the entire experience was seamless and successful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. When it’s time to do my other eye, I know where I’m going. Thank you Dr. Fichman for giving me back my vision!
Dr ficnman is great. Seems like other drs leave very quickly
Really friendly ?? I am treated like a friend. A coffee machine "K-Cups" would be really great . The office is isolated from any other business and the parking is great
Both the assessment provided for Laser Vision Surgery as well as the in depth information on preparing for the surgery are comprehensive and outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend the Fichman Eye Center. The staff is highly skilled, extremely competent, knowledgeable, and professional.
