Came to their office on May 5, Agent came to my house on May 6, took 2 pics. left , and I never heard from him again. Emailed Fickling 6 weeks later asking for a copy of contract. Hurt their feelings and they suggested I find another realtor as I was not happy. Said they had no reason to disbelieve the agent. I am the one trying to sell the house. Broker backed his agent all the way. Guess that is how it is done in the South. But that is not how the rest of the world does business.
The rental department in Warner Robins is terrible. They do not follow through unless harassed, the do not enforce policy (such as down payments and pet deposits prior to move in), send tax forms to the actual rental property instead of the owners, and it takes multiple calls/ emails to get anything done.
