Refund of Cancelled Contract: I bought a used car at Hertz Carsale Scottsdale dealership in Nov 2019, and was pushed by the salesman to buy an extended guarantee together with car care service provided by Fadility Warantty Service Inc (FWS). Then, I canceled both contracts in Dec 2019 and was confirmed by the FWS that the cancellation had been approved. But I haven't received a refund yet after 5 months. I am waiting for a response and appropriate processing.
I bought this warranty from a GM dealer when i purchased my 2016 Yukon XL, 20k later the trans went out and i though i would be in for a hell of a time, but they gave me no resistance and put in a GM remand trans and torque converter through my local GM dealer, I had to pay my $500 deductible but I very happy with the service. I questioned buying the warranty and have always felt that these warranties where a scam.... but i have to say they took good care of me and i would absolutely recommend Fidelity to anyone thinking abo... read more
I purchased an oil change warranty when I bought 2023 GMC truck. The dealership changed ownership and new dealer didn't recognize the warranty. I mailed my receipt to Fidelity and was promptly reimbursed. You can't ask for better customer service. Thank you!
Great service but need more help answering phone
We just had our transmission replaced on our 2019 Pacifica at 98,000 miles. The guy at the repair shop said that Fidelity insisted on replacing it with a new transmission, not a rebuilt one. He also said that other warranty companies he's worked with don't require that. He was impressed - and so were we!
THE YOUNG LADY THAT TOOK CAR OF BOTH MY CLAIMS PROVIDED PHENOMENAL SERVICE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF ME. THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY IN MY HONEST OPINION THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE THERE THAT CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS YOUNG LADYS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE NEEDS A RAISE AS WELL AS NEEDS TO GIVE ADVICE TO SOME OF YOUR REPA TO HER I SAY THANK YOU FOR THE TRULY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE SHE PROVIDED THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
A special shout out to JANKO! He was wonderful. Very thorough and what really stood out was he checked everything out before he answered. I have had questions as I am sure most of us have, where I have inquired about something and the person answers without checking and well most of us know the result even if we’ll meant.
