The parking space is great. What lacks is the shuttle frequency on pickup from the airport. Can create for a lengthy wait trying to get to your car.

We made a reservation for indoor parking. We were directed where to park once we arrived. A van came to our parked car and picked us up as soon as we parked and they put our bags on the van. The ride was quick to the airport. We were dropped off at island 3 outside door 507 on level 5. When we landed we went to island 3 outside door 507 and had a very short wait for a van to return to claim our car. The driver dropped us at our parking space and assisted with unloading our bags.
