Kyleigh was so helpful and sweet. A delight to work with.
Service is always good but this time we waiting over 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Even with 20 people in line they didn’t send additional shuttles. Every shuttle still took 15 mins to arrive. We had to wait for the 3rd shuttle. The company should track from reservations and plan accordingly the times a large group might return having added shuttles waiting.

Majority of the time the pickup at the lot is fast and most of the time pickup at the airport is quick. Sometimes do have to wait more than ten minutes though. Prices have gone up quite a bit since I started using Fine
