I would give you a higher score if it were available. Advantage #1 - So close to Hobby Airport - shuttles take 5-7 minutes - if that. Advantage #2 - Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be picked up and brought to the airport Advantage #3 - Upon return - the van was right there - didn't have to search for it. Dropped us off. Gave my wife a rose. Advantage #4 - Shuttles did not bump and jostle us during the rides. This was by far the best shuttle experience we have ever experienced.

The garage is just across the street from Hobby Airport making it so convenient. There is never a long wait for the shuttle going or coming and the drivers are friendly and courteous.

Both times the senior drivers were some of the most respectful and kind drivers I have had on parking shuttles. Also, the staff younger lady who answered the phone in the afternoon assisted me greatly by making my reservation over the phone then sent me an email with the QR code to scan in. She also answered my question as to which garage, one or two, I was wanting to park in. Excellent service, value and convenience.

Five stars is not enough! Best place for the $$ I love the staff , the drivers , valet , the water and clean atmosphere. After flying all day the best part is getting in my car to a fresh rose and a bottle of cold water . I have also parked in other spots other than valet . The parking is across from the airport. P.s. The snacks n coffee are great . Happy mommy!!

It is easy to make reservations, the price is fair, and we almost never have to wait for a shuttle. The drivers are courteous and helpful. Also, the facility is so close to the airport that it is like parking on site.
