Food was good. However, the experience being my first time there was not so great. I was not explained how it works. I did not know I could order breakfast things like pancake, omlettes, French toast, etc from one side of the grill ... Server was not attentive and it was not busy when we got there at 12. Don't know if maybe they were short staffed.

Had reservations for 6 but more folks from church showed up so we needed space for 13. They never blinked and got it set up even though it was crowded.

As usual the food was amazing and the four of us had an amazing time. The server was a bit rude, like she couldn’t be bothered with us, we had to flag her down for refills and brought drinks out one by one, but watched her bring out a tray of drinks out for another table. The cooks and other servers from the kitchen went above and beyond for us as 2 of my group are vegan everything got brought out with a smile and in a timely manner. We will definitely be back. Fire and ice is our favorite place in Anaheim.

We went for my birthday. It was good except they ran out of Alfredo and Pesto sauce by 7:45 so we didn’t get to have any. Overall it was a good experience.
