Love Fire+Ice. We always have a great time and great meal when we go.
Food was really great. Atmosphere fun! The sticky floor kind of grossed us out!
A party of over 80 kids came in before us. It was so loud and hard to get things as everything kept running. Server was working hard with other tables but was hard to find due to the business. Everyone was working hard but it was tough to keep up. Food got mixed with shrimp which changed the flavor and purpose.
This is a great spot for a quick meal with a group of people with varying tastes. As a backup plan for some other spots we wanted to try in the back bay area of Boston, this definitely hit the spot for us. Service was good, food was great, offerings are many and speed of service (you wait for your food to be cooked in front of you) was good. The place needs an update, but we'd definitely go back. We were fortunate enough to hit the brunch "special" which is a reduced rate which was a nice surprise.
I always come back here. Everyone is so nice. Food is nothing but fresh of course. I never had the brunch and wow! I was amazed ! If you like to eat this is the spot. There is no time limit or anything like other places. you can relax and take your time enjoying your food creation. If you ever need help or new ideas. they have a barcode or the staff could easliy help. I sometimes ask what they get and its sometimes things i never would of thought of.
Food was fresh. Sauces were good. If you want soy sauce on your dish ask for it when they're cooking your meal. If you're going to go, go soon because a waitress told me they're raising their prices soon
Very quiet day, not a lot of people, I must say that the food quality (freshness) was not at the same level of previous visits, specially the fish (salm and tune) did not look to be very fresh. Overall nice experience.
