Great experience overall! My son liked it very much who saw chefs preparing in front for the first time. Food was little over cooked but good overall.

We have been to Fire & Ice many times. It was good as always. Being New Year's Eve there were many first time diners there that did not understand the process. That made moving thru the buffet line difficult. Still the food was good and it was a nice way to celebrate.
