Went out with my girlfriend there it was her first time and she was very impressed as I always am, great service, great food, and a very fun vibe.

Great food and reasonable price. Great service! However, we saw a mouse on the floor next to the salad bar. Not very appetizing.
Took 3 teenagers and they LOVED it. Fun experience. Good food. Very friendly service. I was impressed by how clean it was. We’d return when in Boston.

The food and environment was great. In my reservation, I noted that my party was there for a birthday and the waiter did not offer any birthday services (dessert, song, etc.). I had to ask another waiter what does the restaurant do for birthday reservations and she said I had to ask my waiter what I wanted in terms of dessert and if I wanted a group of waiters to come sing. This is a fun place to go with teens but be prepared to not all eat at the same time. We had a couple of people in our party stay at the table with the purses and phones while others got their food. One person in the party had a nut allergy which they accommodated by cooking the food in the kitchen which was wonderful, but took a very long time. We went late afternoon and it was lively and noisy but fun. They do a good job keeping the food area clean and well stocked. Overall, a fun and delicious experience.
Fire and Ice in Boston was a fun experience. Food was good but not great. Atmosphere was fun and casual. Wait staff and chefs were nice. All in all, a fun dining experience!!!
