The food is always so fresh, the sauces are delicious and the chefs are entertaining as you wait. The servers are attentive, bringing drinks quickly. Highly recommend Fire & Ice!!!
The Lines for the food is a bit confusing and the sauce area is a little bit confusing. Im not a cook so that may have something to do with it, but i did not know to leave the sauce off to the side. Someone could maybe be there to let people know to hold the sauce rather than put it on the food before it is cooked. There is a lot of people so I can see where this can get confusing. Overall had a great time here.
From the moment I sat down I knew I was going to have fun at Fire + Ice. No boring menu to read, just get up and do my own thing. I went on a date but I know this would be perfect for many occasions, including parties. I felt like we were there for 30 minutes but it was two hours, time really flew by!
This place has a potentially fun model. You go around and grab all the raw meats and veggies that you want cooked on the biggest round cooktop in the world. 30 or so people stand around the island and watch their food cook. The only problem is, I was 3 deep in line just to wait to get my food on the cooktop. So I must have waited 30 minutes for just one round of food. Had a few minor issues but staff was GREAT in resolving everything! Great restaurant!
Very festive atmosphere. Great place for families or groups with diverse food preferences. Everyone on our group was happy. The hostess, waitress and all the chefs very extremely helpful & nice. We'd definitely go back.
I've always lovedd fire and ice. All you can eat for cheap which us a plus for my boyfriend 3 plates if meat and salad later.
Fire and Ice is a great spot. very unique offering. buffet style/stir fry. very fun to create different dishes. i tried three different combinations and was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the food!
All of the food is fresh and being able to pick what you want is great. The burgers are exceptional!
