My daughter came there with her 6 friends for her bday and had a great time, I went with a friend and sat at a different table but saw how the cooks had everyone singing to her and thought that was great. Everything was great just a small complaint about our server. She always took so long to come back to our table and when we asked for anything or when it was time to pay she was always gone for awhile. We wanted a restaurant where three generations of us - from 12 - 72 could have a different experience. What a concept! Choosing our own "entree items" and bringing them to the giant hot spot to be cooked accommodated all of us including a fussy eater - who was so glad he could choose a hot dog, a careful dieter who said wow to those veggies and diet friendly chicken- and a wrestling team member 14 year old with a bottomless pit appetite. Ive been to this restaurant a couple of times and have never been disappointed - great food, great service - whats not to love? Lots of fun to be had here.

I was so impressed! Not only is this resturaunt a fun and vibrant place to be, but their service is OUTSTANDING. I am gluten free and had to have my food cooked on a separate grill. The second go round there was a kitchen error and it had been 30 minutes and I still did not have my food. My waiter was great and checked on it right away. The manager himself brought me my plate a minute later, apologized, and took my meal off the bill. We happened on your restaurant by chance after our daughter finished a not so successful conference. We were all feeling a bit down, but by the end of the evening, and having dined on excellent fresh, well-cooked, and widely selected food choices, we were all in a much better frame of mind when leaving. Well done on a wonderful concept and excellent variety to suit every palate.

We had an awesome experience they even seated us early. It was crowded but the food was great and the price can't be beat! It was great that nothing changed on new years eve and it was perfectly located for all the boston events for that night!

This was my first timet o Fire and Ice, and yes, I recognize that I'm about ten years late to the party. I was looking for a place to bring my kids that would be fun. We had five adults and two kids, and we all thought the food was good (kids thought it was GREAT!). I liked that the kids didn't have to sit and wait for the waiter or for the food to come...they were able to just get up and go, and they loved watching the food being cooked on the hibachi style grill. Group of 9. Seating was tight. Food was great...thanks for the opportunity to have food cooked out back due to gluten allergy. We were not rushed and had a WONDERFUL time.
