Good overall
fantastic value ... great staff ... can't wait to go back and we are eager to try the Sunday Brunch.
We had a reservation for 7:30 and were not seated until after 8:30. It was a long, unexpected wait and seemed to be normal. Most other parties seemed to have been waiting an hour or longer after their reservation times as well.
Great place if your friends all have different food interests. It's a big stir-fry buffet.
Fire and ice is one of my must stop restaurants in Boston. As always, it was wonderful and my boyfriend loved it too!
I am a huge fan of Fire and Ice, it's a great venue if you're going out with a few people or a crowd. My only drawback this time around was the service was really slow! What should have taken us 2-3 hours took us nearly 4 hours, due to a hold up with the checks. It was not the waitresses fault, her manager tried to divide a pitcher of margaritas some funky way and ended up messing up about half of the checks. Went to fire and ice as part as a night out. Took a party bus down for my wife's birthday. We had a group of ten and when we got there they took us in right away even though it was very busy. Food was excellent and so was the invironment. We had a blast and will definitely go back
Very cool watching the cooks cook right in front of you. I would reccommend this to anyone who likes Italian food and Asian food.
We had a group of 8 and got a back room on the upper floor which worked out really well. Without it we would not have been able to have a conversation as it was very noisy. The food was very good and our server fun.
