The food is delicious and cooked in a short amount of time. There is a slight wait time but the cooks do the best they can. I can't imagine them working any harder.
Server was great! But other front desk servers were unpleasant
I didn't check "romantic" because the atmosphere is energetic and noisy, but it really could be a great place for a date (other than a first date). Totally fun unique atmosphere. You pick fresh ingredients, take it to one of the cooks in the middle who grills is all for you using your chosen ingredients, seasonings, and sauce. It's all you can eat and a great value. Other than beverages or appitizers (if you order any, though I don't know why you would), it's self service. Highly recommended.
We come here often the chefs are funny and talented we never have a bad experience the waitstaff is awesome too always a good time
It was good but we were celebrating our anniversary. Wanted something more elegant but it was casual which we later enjoyed.
Wonderful evening celebrating my daughters birthday. Everyone, from the downstairs bar attendant to the cooks to the servers made her feel special and celebrated on her 24th birthday! Thank you!

It was my birthday day and I chose Fire and Ice as my place to celebrate. Since I celebrated it at this place on my birthday last year . And I had such a great time why not again. The selection and variety of buffet food is a food lovers choice. The staff was courteous and attentive.The personal facilities were the cleanest I have seen in along time. I would give everything an A+.
I ate lunch here and it was good..there is array of food to choose from and you watch it get cooked in front of you.. I felt the lighting was a bit dim for lunchtime and interior looked like it could use some updating.. Overall, its someplace to experience if you haven't tried this fun food concept before
