I was so impressed! Not only is this resturaunt a fun and vibrant place to be, but their service is OUTSTANDING. I am gluten free and had to have my food cooked on a separate grill. The second go round there was a kitchen error and it had been 30 minutes and I still did not have my food. My waiter was great and checked on it right away. The manager himself brought me my plate a minute later, apologized, and took my meal off the bill. Not only were they accomodating to my allergy, but they responded fast, quickly, and really ... read more

We happened on your restaurant by chance after our daughter finished a not so successful conference. We were all feeling a bit down, but by the end of the evening, and having dined on excellent fresh, well-cooked, and widely selected food choices, we were all in a much better frame of mind when leaving. Well done on a wonderful concept and excellent variety to suit every palate.

We had an awesome experience they even seated us early. It was crowded but the food was great and the price can't be beat! It was great that nothing changed on new years eve and it was perfectly located for all the boston events for that night!

This was my first timet o Fire and Ice, and yes, I recognize that I'm about ten years late to the party. I was looking for a place to bring my kids that would be fun. We had five adults and two kids, and we all thought the food was good (kids thought it was GREAT!). I liked that the kids didn't have to sit and wait for the waiter or for the food to come...they were able to just get up and go, and they loved watching the food being cooked on the hibachi style grill. So they were entertained for the whole meal which made the o... read more

Group of 9. Seating was tight. Food was great...thanks for the opportunity to have food cooked out back due to gluten allergy. We were not rushed and had a WONDERFUL time.

We have been to Fire & Ice, both Boston and Cambridge, several times. The food is consistently good, it is fun to make up your own combinations for the grill. My son appreciates the all-you-can-eat aspect! This particular time, however, it was a good bit busier than usual and they seemed to be understaffed. As a result, we waited a bit longer for our table, cooking the food took longer than usual, the food bars needed restocking, and there was a good bit more food on the floor than I have ever seen before. Staff was clearly ... read more

Made reservations for 8. Group had kids and diabetics. Told upon arrival it would be about 25 minutes later than reservation. Lots of open tables upstairs when this was said. Grill too small for amount of people in restaurant. Without reservations there was s 90-120 minute wait. Incredibly loud. Recommend lunch time for a quieter experience. Didn't see server during meal much.
