Was our first time visiting and it was definately above expectations. Enjoyed everything and was great for my husband who is vegetarian cause he had many options. Our waitress Betsy, thankful.we got her. She is definately an asset to your business very cheerful personality. I thought the floors were very sticky. my shoes felt like they were stuck to the floor. very crowded and hot.would not be my first choice for dining.
Always enjoy Fire & Ice but I probably wouldn't go there again on a busy Saturday night. Not a relaxing place at all, too crowded and noisy. I don't like feeling stressed worrying about when I will be seated even though I made reservations. Staff is nice though so that did help.
Great service, as a mother of a kid with allergies I really love the idea of bringing you the allergy meal to your table. So I didn't have stay away from my group as I have to do in the Cambridge location.
If you're looking for fine dining in Boston, definitely look elsewhere. But if you want to try something new and fun or you're out with a group and want to feed all your picky eaters, fire+ice is an excellent choice. Very affordable too for an all you can eat style, for the two of us plus a soda the bill was $43.00 plus tip. I would absolutely go here again and recommend others try it out, again coming from someone who works in a restaurant too.
Loved it! Great food! Great service! My only complaint is that I booked a 5:00pm reservation and when I got there 10 min early I was told by the hostess to wait and she'll bring us up. We waited almost 15 min and meanwhile other people where let up stairs ahead of us.
Had a surprise dinner here for my mother. They made her feel extra special that day. She enjoyed herself that's all it matters to me. This is a great place to be, but an advice to you akk don't mix the sauce with your food cause it will burn.
Fire & Ice is a great spot for an "occasion" dinner. It is a very upbeat atmosphere. The employees are enthusiastic and engaged. The only downside to our experience was our seating arrangement. We were a party of 18 and were seated very close to the grill area and were bumped several times by diners waiting for their food.
