We took our grandchildren here before theater and they it was the best. For us, it was not a great choice but the focus of the evening was not us but our grandchildren and for that it was fine.
Went here with my family last week. The two young kids loved it. I liked it just fine but wouldn't necessarily go here on my own. The food is again, just fine. Nothing extraordinary.

The service was excellent at our table waitress consistently asking if we need anything! Well done! The only thing is extremely busy at the grill no logical order to stand or wait until an employee started to monitor and tell people where to stand to enjoy the experience.
Food was great, as well as the entire dining experience.
We were celebrating our sons 18th birthday and couldn't ask for a more energetic, happening place! He and his friends loved the food, the atmosphere and the service that we received. The waitress was very attentive and accommodating. She delivered our cake, candles and all, with a group of staff singing happy birthday. A great night-thanks!
We were in Boston for a show at the convention center and decided to do lunch before the show. Fire and Ice is an awesome experience! Plenty of food choices, easy access, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We plan to dine again at Fire and Ice the next time we are in Boston. Thanks!
I enjoyed going to fire + ice because it was quite and nice. The staff where very nice and the food was excellent. The best part was that you could go up alot of times to get food . I loved it when you got your food and you had to go to the center and they cooked your meal in front of you.
