We were in Boston for a show at the convention center and decided to do lunch before the show. Fire and Ice is an awesome experience! Plenty of food choices, easy access, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We plan to dine again at Fire and Ice the next time we are in Boston. Thanks!
I enjoyed going to fire + ice because it was quite and nice. The staff where very nice and the food was excellent. The best part was that you could go up alot of times to get food . I loved it when you got your food and you had to go to the center and they cooked your meal in front of you.
Great food & staff. It is very crowded for dinner on the weekend. Lots of birthday, anniversary, soccer teams, and other groups. Lunch is a better value, but overall I loved it, and will go back!
The food at this restaurant is very good. It is great for any occasion. The dining area is on the second floor with windows all around. The chefs are really fun.
Celebrated my daughters 14th birthday with her friends. Staff was excellent making a scene for her. Food selection is good and always fresh. The crowd was a little much. I was three deep at the grill. That's a little much. Maybe cut back on say night head count to help enjoy the BBQ experience.
Food was good, server was good, the people who cooked the food were fun and entertaining!!! Great place to go for any occasion. Mmm making myself hungry thinking about it!!!
We were a party of 10...sat at a table for 8, switching tables was like having a root canal.
For my first time at this restaurant, i had a wonderful time! The food was delicious.
The service was a bit slow, and once my party and I sat down, we were asked to move to a different table for some reason. But other than that the experience was great. We are frequent customers and will continue to come back.
