Had a great lunch with my husband and 2 daughters (11) &(15). Loud so kids can just be loud and crazy and tons of options for food. Plan to take your time though. Between service is really busy and takes time for your food to cook, you'll want to plan to be there for a bit, not a pop in and grab lunch place.

... but without the Mongolian food! The place is definitely for foodies. Went there on a Sunday AM when they just opened. The concept is at first a little confusing since there's a 'breakfast' side, and a 'lunch' side, but the cook will abruptly redirect you if you're in the wrong line. (Sauces are also a separate matter, so make sure you get a separate container for that!) came early for drinks which was fun 'cause we were able to converse with music playing in background. changed reservation before the planned event & twice while at restaurant [once before & once after being seated] & it was no problem - even though restaurant was busy. everyone from the servers to mgr worked with me to make my b'day celebration fun for all who joined me! i frequent fire & ice for a variety of reasons & will continue to do so... thanx for another good time.

This was our first time at Fire & Ice. We were pleasantly surprised at the operation and the cook staff. The food was very fresh and of the highest quality, and the staff were very knowledgeable with the operation. We'll definitely be back!

It is what it is. If you've ever been to a Fire and Ice, they are all more or less the same. They're fun to go with a group of friends and choosing your own food is good entertainment. It is, more or less, a fairly decent quality buffet with more options than your typical buffet joint.

We were looking for a fun restaurant to go to as a group after an Art Show and Fire and Ice fit the bill. The unique experience of picking all your own ingredients for your meal and watching it being cooked was great and the energetic atmosphere made it a lot of fun! Our servers were all very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu which made for a very positive first time experience at Fire and Ice. I would definitely go back as a fun location for a group!

Eighth time eating here after running Boston Marathon. Always good. Gluten free friendly with multiple options for my daughter who has no choice over diet. Will be back here next year after next year's marathon! Boston Strong!!

My husband and I had a great time and enjoyed the food. However, I would probably not pick a restaurant so close to the marathon area due to excessive crowds and noise.

I always love going to Fire and Ice. It's nice to get to choose exactly what you want and to know its fresh. The night we went the restaurant was extremely crowded but the staff handled it well and the the grill staff especially had a great attitude and kept on top of their jobs.
