Kids love picking their food and watching it get cooked. They did recently raise their prices - adults are now $18.99 and all kids under 12 are $5.99. kids 3 and under use to be free.
The food was GREAT!!!! And the service was even better. Not a Place for a romantic setting. Good for groups and family fun
Fire&Ice was amazing. It was my first time here and the waiter we had was really great. He helped explain to me and my boyfriend where to pick our food and go to the grill and wait for it to be prepared. I loved it, and will definitely recommend this to a friend of mine! We will be back soon! :)
I went to FiRE&iCE near Copley Square on Saturday night with a group of 6 people. We got an excellent table through our reservation and I was incredibly pleased with the process. The restaurant was quite over-crowded, however, and it made for a slightly less enjoyable dinner. It was incredibly loud, with multiple groups of children's birthday parties, rowdy college students and over-inebriated adults. I have been to Fire And Ice on 4-5 occasions and I have always enjoyed the experience.
My boyfriend loved it. Its different and the music and design made it a very nice hang out spot. The service was amazing as well as the food
We love going here because the food is always fresh and the burgers are delicious. It's great that you can basically make your meal how you like it and spice it just for you.
This is now the second time coming here and it is amazing every time. Great service and a great atmosphere.
I brought out of town guests in on Wednesday for lunch (to get out of the office for a while) and was so happy that I did. This was my first time to Fire & Ice, The receptionist was friendly and inviting (happy to be there) , our waiter was very nice and funny and explained everything.
