Our watiter. was excellent. Our bartender was aweful, drinks were lousy . Bartender had attitude and took forever to take our bill, even though our table was ready. We had open seating. Our table was ready but they gave it away because the bartender took so long to cash us out.and it wasn't that busy. Tall young man, if interested. Not sure if we go again. I've come here for my birthday several times over the past few years, and let me say: I'd still come back for years to come. The entire restaurant is just full of energy, and everyone who works there is super nice and awesome. There's never a dull moment there, and it's more awesome when it's your birthday. (Take it from me!)
I love Fire & Ice concept, food, and general atmosphere. Food, amazing as always. Only one negative thing to say is that the corner of the restaurant that we were seated was very tight, and very crowded (granted it was College Night). May have just been that area of the restaurant, but I felt like the people around us were seated on top of each other. Overall, great night though.
the food is good, who doesn't like to pick their own pancake ingredients or stir fry mix? The cooks are good and funny. The music is a bit loud and I think at some point they should consider refreshing the décor in there but I love Fire and Ice.
It was college night so it was crazy crowded and chaotic. I wont ever be going on college night again but overall they we amazing
We are from out of state and visiting Boston for the day with a group of teenagers for a birthday celebration. Fire and Ice provided choices for all the picky eaters- steak, chicken, fish and vegetarian options! The breakfast options were loved- with a fresh fruit crape as great ending! We spent 2 hours in the restaurant, never felt pressure to leave and left with happy girls! Great service from the entry in the door, our fabulous waitress and the chefs! A well enjoyed meal!
My family loved it. The kids loved being able to design their own meal. The grillers had great personalities. It is a great place, we'll definitely go again.
They always have good quality food, and an interesting dining experience, however, you have to be able to handle seeing your food raw, with everyone grabbing their own raw food. if you're in the main dining area, and dont have a reservation, be prepared for at least 1 hour wait, very loud top 40 music blaring overhead, as well as large crowds near the wok, but the bar area is quieter, and usually has no wait, but you have to go upstairs to get food.
