This place was excellent for a group that had all sorts of dietary restrictions! They were great about allergies and gluten free. The only drawback was having to pay for ice cream, though the toppings bar was in with the rest of the food. Good drink choices, good food choices, and entertaining overall.
We went here for the first time for my mom's birthday and it was awesome. The staff were great and friendly and they even sang happy birthday to my mom. It is on the expensive side so it is really more of a special occasion type of restaurant
If you love buffets and being creative this is the place for you huge selection and great food. Perfect for group gatherings.
We have been to the one in Cambridge before but never to the Boston location. It was awesome!!
We had a wonderful experience at Fire and Ice. I had a table of ten with five 'newly minted' 16 year olds for a birthday celebration on Saturday, March 1st. for lunch. Our waitress, Cecelia was fabulous. Despite it being a very busy place she was attentive, took great care of the one gluten free diner among us and explained the restaurant procedure to the newbies. Very crowded for a Saturday night at 5pm Waited a long time to find a spot around the grill Noise level made conversation impossible Ran out of popular food items and sauces
I love fire & ice boston. It is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always amazing. The staff is great. There is a good atmosphere all the time. I will keep coming back for more.
Had a good time, and we might have had the best wait person in the building - Anthony, he took care of our table like we were the only people he had to take care of, but he really had many tables, and was the same with all guests. Anthony is a great asset for the restaurant.
I'm use to coming here with large groups and this time around it was just me and a friend. Our server was so friendly and helpful when my friend became full but continued to fill our table up with plates of food he couldn't finish! Reasonable price , just wish they had a task home option . But all in all I love it here!
