The only problem we encounters was waiting time. We had a 6:45 reservation arrived at 6:30 and did not get seated until 7:45. We watched people arrive after us get seated before us and they cleared out the waiting line before we were seated. Other then that to food itself was awesome.
We arrived a bit before our 6:45 pm reservations and were seated around 6:50 pm. The place was extremely busy. The waitress was very friendly. The atmosphere was very noisy, and a little confusing if you have never been before. However, it was fun for the kids to create their own meals.
Fire and ice is the best place to bring someone visiting from out of town or country.
Fire + Ice Boson is delicious, but it gets CRAZY on College Night (Monday dinner). Make a reservation because you won't get seated right away, and if you don't like to wait for your food, come early

I loved everything there. It made my friends also feel comfortable enough to be themselves. Everyone was really nice and polite.
This is my favorite place ever. You could walk in this place in a bad mood but the energy is so upbeat you could not stay mad.
Good vibe, large food selection and very friendly and funny staff... Can't wait to go back with a big group of friends!!
Great restaurant! The only issue I had was my waiter who rarely checked up on me n i had to flag him down a couple times and it was not busy. Very upsetting!
