This was my first time at Fire and Ice. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed my time there. I was slightly confused about the steps to get my food on the grill. I was confused where the line started and ended; however, the people in the restaurant were very helpful and guided my date and I in the right direction.
I love the exciting atmosphere of the restaurant. The chefs are always trying to get the customers involved so they have a good time. Food is always great with numerous options from meats, vegetables, pastas, fish, and sauces. All around a great time always. I would recommend it to anyone.
My boyfriend and I had a great time. We have been there before bit because we had such a great time our first time and at a different one we definitely had to come again.
My boyfriend and I had a great time here for dinner. The was great and the cooks were wonderful, very entertaining! Our waiter James was wonderful as well, we didn't have to wait for thing. He was very pleasant and seemed to truly enjoy his job. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!!

Our server, Giovanni, was attentive and friendly as well as honest with his recommendations. I love the atmosphere and energy of this restaurant. The chefs are entertaining and they all seem to know what they are doing and help in every area, from cleaning the grill to grilling all our crazy concoctions. Thought we wouldn't need a reservation for 4pm on a Saturday--boy, were we wrong! Definitely make a reservation if you know what time you'll be having your meal.
Fire and ice is a great dinning experience a lot of energy and a really good time. The wait staff and cooks are the best around !!!
Today was my second time coming here, and sad to say I enjoyed it a lot more the first time. On a busy Saturday night, there's sure to be waiting, but I didn't expect it to be that long especially if we made reservation. Our server was friendly, the process of getting the food and watching it being cooked was fun, the pina colada was delicious, and the window view added a nice touch.
